Keepers holiday Cottage – sleeps 2-4-6
This is a pretty holiday cottage in the heart of the English Lake District which has two double bedrooms downstairs and the sitting room upstairs, so it is all rather upside down! The sitting room runs the whole length of the cottage, being 28 feet long and has a large wood burning stove at the far end. There is one bathroom and a well equipped kitchen and a small lawned garden which is enclosed. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Keepers Cottage and the Cart House can be taken together for parties of 10 or 12.

Old Beckstones holiday cottage – sleeps 6 – 8 – 10
This is a really spacious holiday cottage in the Lake District with amazing views over the estuary. It is surrounded by farmland and decorated to a very high standard. One of the bedrooms has twin beds and bunks, so all the children can sleep in the same room!

- Large kitchen/dining room
- Utility room with washing machine, separate dryer, second kitchen sink. A very useful room for people who bring their dogs.
Old Beckstones is very well equipped with a large fridge, a separate freezer, electric cooker, microwave, washing machine and separate dryer. The sitting room has a large TV with a DVD player. There is also a portable radio/CD player

Beckstones holiday Cottage – sleeps 6
This is a lovely holiday cottage, set apart on its own with a large garden with a stream running through, which is ideal for young children to paddle in during their summer holidays. It is surrounded by farmland and has the most wonderful views of the Duddon Estuary and the mountains behind. Beckstones Cottage is a great place for families to stay and also often booked by honeymooning couples because of its romantic setting. The kitchen has 300 year old oak beams and the sitting room has an open fire and double doors leading out onto the garden.

Beckstones holiday Cottage is very well equipped and decorated to a high standard. Winter weekends in this cottage start at £250 and full weeks at £360. Beckstones Cottage is close to Old Beckstones and Beckstones Farmhouse so they can all be taken together for VERY large parties!

The Cart House holiday cottage – sleeps 4 – 6
The Cart House was our first holiday cottage and is really beautifully decorated with amazing trompe d’oeuil effects. It is 17 th century building converted to a very high standard with a lovely little garden overlooking the fields and the estuary.
- 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin
- 1 bathroom, with bath, shower, WC and basin
- 1 separate WC and basin, ensuite with the downstairs bedroom
- Large sitting room with woodburning stove and double doors to outside
- Kitchen at the far end of the sitting room
The Cart House is a really pretty holiday cottage with roses growing up the walls and original interior design. It has a barbecue and outside table and chairs for the summer. The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, separate freezer, washing machine/drier, electric oven and microwave. At the far end of the sitting room is a circular table for dining. There is a television, DVD player and a portable stereo CD player.
Winter weekends start at £295 and full weeks for £345.

Beckstones Farmhouse – sleeps up to 17 people
Beckstones Farmhouse is the most popular of all the cottages and gets booked up well in advance. It has a large games room with a ping pong table and crazy football and is ideal for family get-togethers and birthday parties. It is close to Old Beckstones for even larger celebrations!
